We are producing a series of short videos that show a range of the events that are happening as part of RCC2018. The Regional Centre for Culture is funded by Creative Victoria. Representatives of the RCC's key partners oversee the initiative, which is managed by Creative Victoria and producers Jo Porter and Elizabeth Walsh.
